The heating in the room was inadequate, making the experience quite uncomfortable!!! Maintenance issues in the bathroom are really concerning, especially for a premium hotel that should uphold better standards!!!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We truly enjoyed the Avon Boating experience and a fun cocktail making class. The hotel is a luxurious base, with friendly staff and great breakfast. A bonus was the awesome location right by the theatre. Highly recommend it!

My room lacked privacy, requiring constant curtain closure due to window placement. A leaking bath plug and a strange replacement didn't make for pleasant bathing. An unclear fridge policy regarding items left me hesitant to use them, and the dated decor detracted from the overall experience.
